Online shop, built to be run by you

A tidy, secure online shop that's simple to manage: catalogue, cart, payments and shipping. Quoted individually, delivered in five to eight weeks.

An online shop is not a website with a cart bolted on. It's a place where someone chooses, trusts you and pays, and every step where they hesitate is a sale lost. I build shops that are tidy to browse and simple to run.

I build them for businesses in Verona, across Italy and abroad, working remotely, anywhere in Italy and beyond.

Who it's for

What's included

Everything in the custom business website, plus:

ItemWhat it means for you
Catalogue and product pages built to be foundEvery product gets its own page, and people can reach it from Google.
Cart and secure checkoutFew steps, and nothing standing between wanting it and paying for it.
Payments (card, PayPal) and shippingThe methods your customers already use, with your own shipping rates set up.
Orders, in a panel that makes senseYou see what was ordered, by whom, and how far along it is. People pay without having to create an account: forcing one before checkout is one of the most reliable ways to lose the sale. If you do need customer accounts, because you sell to resellers or at different prices per customer, that's quoted on top.
Training on the panelYou learn to run the whole thing yourself, with me next to you.
60 days of supportTwice what the business website gets: a shop simply has more that can come up.

Price and timing

Quoted individually, starting from the business website (from €2,499, no VAT added).
Delivery roughly five to eight weeks after you accept the quote.

The reason there's no fixed price here is honest: ten products and one shipping rule are not the same job as four hundred products with sizes, variants and three couriers. I'd rather quote what you need than sell you a number that doesn't hold.

How we work

  1. First call: what you sell, who buys it, how you ship, and how you take money today.
  2. Strategy: how the catalogue is organised, the categories, and the path from browsing to paying — on a phone, because that's where it happens.
  3. Copy and product pages: I write the main pages; for the product pages I give you the template, and if you'd rather not, I write those too.
  4. Design and shop: site, catalogue, payments and shipping set up and tested with practice orders before a real one can arrive.
  5. Training and launch: you learn to run it, then it goes live. 60 days of support.

Not sure yet? The first call is free and commits you to nothing. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for what you need, and if I'm not, I'll say so on that call.

Frequent questions

How much does an online shop cost?

It's quoted case by case, because the work depends on the catalogue, the shipping rules and the payment methods. The starting point is the business website, from €2,499 with no VAT added, with the shop quoted on top. I confirm the price in writing within 24 hours of the intro call and it stays fixed.

How long does it take?

Roughly five to eight weeks after you accept the quote, depending on how many products there are and how quickly photos and product details reach me.

Will I be able to run it myself, without a developer?

Yes, that's the point. The admin panel is built for someone who sells, not someone who codes: you add products, change prices, see orders. Training is included, and for 60 days I answer the questions myself.

Which payment methods can I accept?

Cards, PayPal, and the methods your customers already use. Payment happens on the provider's secure pages: card details never pass through your site.

I already sell through Instagram: do I really need a shop?

Instagram is a window, not a till. If every sale today goes through private messages and bank transfers, a shop saves you time and makes you look more credible. But if your catalogue is two products, I'll say so: a landing page with an order form may be enough.

Not sure this is what you need?

Answer eight questions about the site you already have. Nothing technical, two minutes: at the end you know what it does, what it doesn't, and where it makes sense to start — even if the answer is that you don't need anything.
