How we work
- First call: we work out your goals, your customers and what sets you apart. If I'm not the right person, I say so here.
- Strategy and copy: structure and words first, approved by you.
- Design and build: the site takes shape, fast and readable on a phone.
- Review, launch and the first month: two rounds of corrections, then live on your domain with a tested contact form. For the following 30 days, corrections come to me.

How much does a business website cost?
From €2,499 with no VAT added. The exact figure depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to do. What's always in there: the copy for every page, normally charged at €100-300 per page, and rarely included by anyone, custom design and basic on-page SEO. I confirm the figure in writing within 24 hours of the intro call, and it doesn't move.
How long does it take?
From eight weeks after you accept the quote. The precise date goes into the quote and depends partly on how quickly photos and information reach me.
I already have a site: does it have to be rebuilt?
Not necessarily. I look at it with you: if the foundation is sound I improve it; if the structure was never built to bring in enquiries, starting again costs less than patching. I'll tell you honestly before you spend anything.
Will the site be on Google?
Yes. Basic on-page SEO is included: structure, titles, descriptions, speed. Setting up the Google Business Profile is separate work and I quote it on its own, for a local business it matters as much as the site, so it isn't something to give away or bury at the bottom of a package.
Who writes the copy and who provides the photos?
I write the copy for every page, after interviewing you. The photos of your business need to be yours: if you don't have them, I'll tell you how to take them or who can.
Are the domain and hosting included?
No, and that's in your favour: they stay in your name. The domain is yours, the hosting is yours, and if one day you want to work with someone else you don't have to ask anyone for the keys, it's the first thing every buyer's guide tells you to check. You pay the provider directly; I tell you which one makes sense and I do the setup. What it costs depends on how hard the site works, and I'll give you the real figures on the call.
What happens after delivery?
The site goes live on your own domain and the keys are yours, nothing is held hostage. You get 30 days of support for corrections and questions, and the person answering is the one who built the site, not a ticket queue. (The landing page doesn't include support: there, the revision round closes before launch.)
